Terms and conditions

Registration

Attendees register mandatory and chargeable if registration is send via mail, fax or e-mail. With registration attendees agree with the terms and conditions. The number of participants is limited. Applicants cannot claim a legal right to participate in the course. Apploicants will recieve a confirmation of the registration with payment instructions via e-mail. With payment the participation is assured if the course is not cancelled. Full Payment has to be affected within 2 weeks after registration. A pending payment does not cancel the registration and does not release the customer from the liability to pay. In case of a pending payment the applicant has no legal right to participate in the course.

Cancellation

The course may be cancelled by the participant prior 3 days to the course, if another participant is nominated. Please inform us in advance. If not othe participant can me nominated, cancellation fee is as follws:

Sonography course

prior 30 days: 30 €
prior 14 days: 60 €
prior 3 days: 90 €
later: full fee

Radiology courses

prior 30 Days: 30 €
prior 14 days: 90 €
prior 3 Tage: 120 €
later: full fee

Non-participation in the course does not release the participant from the obligation to pay.

The course may be annullated for the reason of insufficient participant numbers or other reasons. The participants are informed via e-mail and recieve a full refund of registration fees. A compensation of all others costs (especially accommodation, travel costs and other costs) is not provided.

Cancellation right

The participant has the right to cancellate for 14 days after registration.

Disclaimer

compensation for damages or other compensations are generally excluded. Unaffected from this agreement are legal compensation rights based on intended or careless violation of duty. In case of violation of duties the compensation is limited to typical, forseeable risks and damages if these are intended or carelessly accepted. The place of jurisdiction is Mettmann, Germany. The ineffectiveness of one of these agreements does not affect the other agreements.
